red mountain epic

Jeffro and Flodizzle made the trip up from Tucson
to ride with the ex-pats. Passs Mtn took it's toll
in the form of a smack down and cactus pants.
I love this ride: Hawes, Twistsed Sister, Wild Horse, Pass Mtn, Hawes.
Hurts so good.

The wild flowers were amazing.
The most abundant I've ever seen.

Flo breaks out his fleshlight.

Pass Mountain takes it's toll. We weren't sure if the ride was gonna end with a hike
or an air evac. Tumbling down boulders is a bad idea, Mmmmkay? Luckily Flo was able to ride out.

Cooper got all Amores Perros con Cactus.

flower power

Up early after a full day of framing out some of back room.
It was an awesome day - I don't think it could have better.
We hit some of the lesser known stuffs, unknowingly passed within a few feet of a coyote, talked to a homeless guy who slept too close to Cave Creek Rd. and got egged a few times during the night for it and rode too close to bees. It was the bees knees.

Mr Yote

A closer look

It was a regular wild America out there.

pima path

Coach and I headed out early for look at refining a loop.
We got pretty close - the Scottsdale Air Park sits right in the way is problem.
84th St. from Shea to Thunderbird is an awesome little connector.
If nothing else we have a sweet route to Rock Bottom Brewery.

It was damn early when I left for Granada Park

Too early in fact so I killed time stretching and being narcissistic.

The Scottsdale waterfront is morphing

Into something.....

These are cool but about 2 stories too high.

84th Street

Reach 11

Toted the Burley baby sling 9 miles home.

Hit some trail.

Took a shower and went riding again.

Put the baby sling to work.

A great day
