I heart the penny stove. Too bad it involves drinking Heineken.

Interesting, have you used it much? I started a Heineken penny stove once (with Matt G) but we were quickly distracted... I've used Trangias before & thought they were swell.
We used em for 5 days on the AZT last April. Everclear works best - lowest soot factor. Boils water as fast as my MSR Whisperlite and a helluva lot lighter.
